FP Performance Race Series chambered mufflers are built for enthusiasts who want loud, aggressive sound, high-flow performance, and premium stainless steel construction.

Our new offset/offset same-side Race Series muffler configuration was developed specifically for Ford Mustang Cobra applications equipped with IRS, or independent rear suspension. Unlike traditional offset/offset mufflers where the inlet and outlet are positioned on opposite sides of the muffler case, this same-side configuration places both the inlet and outlet on the same side of the muffler body. This makes it ideal for IRS-style exhaust routing found on Cobra applications.

Available in both 2.5" and 3" inlet/outlet sizes, this configuration gives Mustang Cobra owners a clean, purpose-built muffler option for IRS-equipped exhaust systems without the need for unnecessary custom fabrication or awkward pipe routing.

Like all FP Performance products, our Race Series mufflers are manufactured from high-quality, corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel for long-lasting durability and a premium polished finish. Inside the muffler, we utilize our proven internal flow chamber design, which provides multiple exhaust flow paths to reduce restriction and support improved horsepower and torque.

Those exhaust paths also encounter built-in Helmholtz chambers that help reduce drone while producing the loud, aggressive chambered tone the Race Series is known for.
