Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays and will be processed the following business day. Any delay in order processing or shipping timeframes will be communicated via the email provided on the original order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not offer shipping to any P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, a physical address is required with every order.

Customs, duties, and taxes
FP Performance LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order when shipping to Canada. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Customize the following: FP Performance LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. In addition, if you don’t receive your order within the transit timeframe that you were quoted please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
International Shipping Policy
FP Performance LLC currently only offers international shipping to Canada. If a customer wishes to ship protect elsewhere they can have the product ship to a domestic freight forwarder.
Returns Policy
FP Performance LLC offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the NEW UNUSED condition and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that has been installed, modified, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
To start a return, you can contact us at fpperformancellc@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 285 Eldridge Rd Fairfield NJ 07004 ATTN: FP Performance.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as the 15% restocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The 15% restocking fee will still apply to items returned for an exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days less the 15% restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
