Return Policy

FP Performance LLC offers a 30 day return policy from the date that the product was received. All Return Merchandise Authorizations must be approved by FP Performance LLC. To submit an RMA request please follow the guidelines below. 

Submit an RMA request to fpperformancellc@gmail.com with the following information:

- Order Number

- Name

- Phone number or email address

- Reason for return

- Item condition

- Email subject should state "RMA Request"

Please note that all returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount. Any item returned without a prior RMA approval will be sent back to the customer at their expense. To qualify for a return the item must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and boxed within the original packaging. Any item that has been installed, modified, or altered in any way cannot be returned. If an item is received in anything other than the original packaging it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
