FP Performance Product Warranty
Effective August 2025 – Limited Lifetime Coverage

FP Performance LLC (“FP Performance”) extends the following Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser of its mufflers, exhaust systems, and stainless steel pipes sold under the FP Performance brand. FP Performance warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, subject to the terms and exclusions below, when owned by the original purchaser and installed on the original vehicle. This warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage-Lifetime Structural Warranty
Covers structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship, including:
– Cracked welds
– Rust-through or perforation of 304 stainless steel construction (body and chambers)

1–3 Year Finish Warranty (Cosmetic)
Cosmetic finish defects — including surface oxidation, minor rust, or uneven finish — are covered for up to 3 years from the original purchase date, depending on environmental conditions, usage, and care.
Note: Natural color changes from heat (such as golding or bluing) are considered normal for stainless steel and are not covered.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
– Cosmetic deterioration after the finish warranty window (1–3 years)
– Heat-related discoloration (golding/bluing typical of stainless steel)
– Normal wear, sound tone changes, or finish fading over time
– Damage due to improper installation, impact, misuse, or accidents
– Products used on non-intended vehicles or transferred to other vehicles
– Labor, installation/removal fees, or incidental/consequential damages
Use on racing vehicles, off-road use, or significant modification may void warranty coverage.

How to File a Warranty Claim
To begin a warranty claim, contact FP Performance by phone or email with your concern. You'll be asked to submit photos of the issue. If eligible, we’ll issue an RMA number and a prepaid return shipping label. After inspection:
– Approved claims will receive a replacement
– If not covered, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Limitations of Liability
This warranty is limited to product replacement only. FP Performance is not liable for:
– Labor costs, additional parts, shipping, towing
– Loss of time, use, revenue, or business
